Catch and Reyeast – Hibiscus Saison:

The yeast was harvested and reused for multiple batches and is a blend of French and Belgian Farmhouse strains. Bavarian pilsner malt and Belgian candy sugar provide the yeast its food, and German Tettnanger hops balance it out with a crisp finish. A short boil of hibiscus flowers as well as a cold steep provide the tartness and beautiful color. Prost1 IBU: 29 ABV: 7.5%
